A: flatfair has a robust process in place to ensure a high success rate when collecting owed sums from tenants. Regardless of a successful collection, landlords have the option to sell up to 12 weeks’ worth of charges to flatfair (but never more than six weeks' of rent arrears). We will then work with the tenant(s) to organise a scheduled payment plan.

In extreme cases where the 12 week sum is exhausted, landlords may choose to ‘piggyback’ on flatfair’s  litigation and use us as your recovery agent.
