A: flatfair is a member of the Property Redress Scheme, which enables you to file a formal complaint if something goes wrong. 

The scheme only accepts complaints:

  • Eight weeks after you initially contacted flatfair and didn’t receive a response
  • Within six months of your last communication with us.
