Q: How do you handle deductions for tenants that leave before the end of a tenancy?

A: As with deposit schemes, flatfair does not participate in – nor are we responsible for – any necessary deductions required before the end of a tenancy. This means that any tenants who leave before that date must settle any foreseen or outstanding liabilities with the landlord or agent, and internally with the other tenants.
