How to create a conversion membership

Step 1:
Before creating a conversion membership, please ensure that the property and tenants qualify.

Step 2:

Creating a deposit-replacement conversion membership is super-easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in into your agent dashboard
2. Click Create 
3. Click Conversion 
4. Upload the existing AST which is updated to a flatfair specific AST or a flatfair specific AST-Addendum
5. Complete all required information and click Create
6. Double-check the details and click Send.

Step 3:

1. When created, the tenants will be invited to join flatfair
2. Once all tenants have confirmed and paid, and once the agents have completed the necessary steps, flatfair will review the conversion membership details before activating it.
