A: If you've sent an email invitation to your landlord and/or your tenants, but they haven't received it, here's how to resend it successfully:

  • Check you have the right email address(es) and that there are no typos before resending the invite.
  • If you've definitely sent invite(s) to the right email address(es), ask the recipients to check that it hasn't gone to their 'Spam' or 'Junk' folders.
  • If neither of the above have worked, you can resend the invitation via the flatfair platform.
  • If this isn't successful, you can ask your landlord or tenant to visit app.flatfair.co.uk and sign up manually.
  • Last but not least, if none of the above are working, just get in touch with us via our live chat service or by email and we'll be able to help.
