A: At the moment, tenants can only use one bank account with flatfair, so you will need to choose which bank account you’ll be using and fill out those details on the smart form from Movem, our referencing provider.

If your chosen bank account doesn’t provide Movem with everything they need to process your references, they may need to revert to a manual process. 

If this is the case, you may need to provide information from another bank account, and they may need to contact previous landlords or employers to verify the information you give.
